Typical chain dessert place. Tasted fine. Presentation was ok.Place is weathered, clearly customers have abused the place.Waiter really tried bless him.However, desserts brought out one by one. Not told we needed to get own cutlery so sat there while the ice cream melted.

Every time I come in it's a very nice place. They really care about the presentation of not just their food but of the overall cafe. It always looks fun, colourful, and clean. In the picture I have sent, I already drank half of the milkshake-sorry it was good quality stuff. The customer service assistant filled my milkshake right to the brim, when she gave it with a smile. How cute of her. It was very good.Kid-friendliness: They have a small play area for kids. You can enjoy a dessert while watching your small children play. And a kids menu that has portions for children. Very attractive and colourful place.

After not visiting for a couple of years I must say a massive improvement has taken place. The servers, the hygiene of the whole place including the loos. Very clean. No smell. Tidy. All the staff were very polite and keeping active on the floor making sure the floor is tidy and ready for new customers (Last time was a disaster). The ambience noises behind the counter also an improvement. Lots of smiles to complement the experience. Only reason for stars instead of is the fact that there is food displayed in photos on the menu that can be bought but is not present on the menu nor priced(head office should look into this as for sure the staff get asked alot like they were by us). Must say I'm impressed and will return soon and recommend again. Keep up the good work. Parking: I believe there is parking available if you park on the designated parking spaces and sign in as a creams customer.Kid-friendliness: Kids park was not being used but is still there

Came especially for the waffles. Struggled to chose as everything on the menu sounded amazing. My partner and I ended up getting the cookie dough and chocolate obsession. Both were really good, the chocolate obsession is a must for any chocolate fanatic. The servers and cleaners are very friendly and helpful ️. Prices are worth it as well :)
